Cathy Bradley, Chairperson
Cathy Bradley, Chairperson joined PHC in 2007, and holds BA and BS degrees from The University of Connecticut with a double major in English and Economics. In addition Mrs. Bradley received a Master degree in Economics at the University of Bridgeport and an MBA from the University of New Haven. She has delivered contracts up to $1 billion in total value and up to $400 million annually. She had been a global-partner for numerous organizations prior to her start at PHC. Mrs. Bradley also has been involved with the creation and development of three start-up companies. She has been a leader in growth in the global market with a niche for finding creative solutions to intricate problems.
Frank Bradley, President
Frank Bradley joined the firm in 2007, and has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Fairfield University. He has been involved in every aspect of the construction process. He has been a vital asset having added $680,000 in revenue during his second year with PHC. He has in-depth experience with state of the art estimating programs and on-site construction management. Mr. Bradley is responsible for project management, quality control, and field operations.
Charles Bradley, CEO
Charles Bradley joined PHC in 2007, and has a degree in Business and Technology. He has managed coordination of personnel scheduling, training programs, and labor relations for the organization since he joined the firm. He oversees all administrative operations of the company and all business development. He has demonstrated successful growth patterns at PHC by creating a synergy between proven business practices and new technology.
Mark Abrams, Operations Manager
Mark Abrams joined PHC in 2008 and is responsible for project safety, material scheduling, and on-site operations. Previously, Mr. Abrams was Foreman for the Louis Gherlone Excavating Company where he supervised construction projects budgeted in excess of $3 million. Mr. Abrams was involved in the CT State Route 22 reconstruction in North Haven, CT, Walgreens New Haven, CT, University of Connecticut Recreation Center, West Haven, CT, and Hopkins School Arts & Academics Building.
Reva Zaleski, Secretary & Account Manager
Ms. Zaleski is responsible for payroll, monitoring compliance with EEO, Prevailing Wage Rate requirements, shop drawing submittals, ordering of blueprints and accounting details. She has an AA in Business Administration and Computer Science from Westchester Community College and a BS in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Mercy College.
Dan Abrams, Chief Estimator
Dan Abrams is responsible for estimating and budget preparations of projects. He graduated from Worcester Polytechnical Institute with a BA in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Fire Protection Engineering. Prior to joining PHC, he worked as Estimator for the Louis Gherlone Excavating Company dealing with multi-million dollar projects.
